For B2B software companies

Your competitors are
on the AI shortlist.
You are not.

GetMOW is an AI visibility optimisation agency for B2B software companies. We get you named, and described correctly, in the answers ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Claude and Google AI give your next customer.

We do it by changing the third-party pages those systems actually rely on.

See the answer ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity give today when someone asks who to consider in your category. Free, and written for you.

No tool does this work.
We do, and this is why.

GetMOW is not a tool you log into. It is Eli and Digvijay doing the work themselves, because how buyers find and choose vendors has already changed and most companies cannot see it happening.

01 / The exposure

You do not lose the click.
You lose the chance to be considered.

If your company is missing when an AI answer produces the shortlist, that buyer may never visit your website, trigger intent data or appear in attribution. The lost deal leaves no trace.

02 / The reframe

AI is not only reading your website.
It is reading your category.

For buying questions, AI engines compare what independent pages repeatedly say: comparison lists, review platforms, directories, buyer guides, trade press and research. Your website is one input, not the whole answer.

03 / What GetMOW does

We change what the answer is built from.

GetMOW is not another dashboard, and not a content retainer pointed at your own blog. We find the pages deciding your category, get your company named and correctly described on them, then keep the position current.

  1. Map the reading list

We find the third-party pages AI engines read in your category.

We run the agreed buyer questions across the chatbots you choose, up to six of them, log every cited and fetched URL, and rank the third-party pages with the most influence.

Output: Your category map and shortlist rate.

  2. Earn the right mentions

We get you named, and described correctly, on those pages.

We correct inaccurate listings, update existing comparisons, strengthen review coverage and secure disclosed contributions on publisher domains.

Output: Pages naming you, at URLs you can open.

  3. Measure what moved

We count how often the engines name you, run by run.

Every question runs many times over, on every chatbot in your scope, at a rate set to how fast your category moves. No question changed without you. Every source logged. A third-party tracker in your name reads beside us.

Output: A result you can independently recount.

  4. Keep the position

We keep the position current as pages and rivals change.

We refresh placements inside their recency windows, correct drift, enter new deciding pages and answer competitor movement within 30 days.

Output: A position maintained, not a one-off spike.

What we refuse

  • Paid mentions
  • Placement networks
  • Synthetic sites
  • Unapproved publishing

04 / The engagement

We carry the risk
before asking you to scale.

A GetMOW engagement starts with a €5,000 proof phase. Inside 49 days the measurement is agreed in writing, your position is established, the sources shaping your category’s answers are mapped, and one qualifying mention is secured on a relevant third-party site. Miss that mention and the €5,000 comes back in full. Past day 49 the implementation is quoted before it starts, and the two success payments across the first year fall due only once the target attached to each has been verified.

  1. Day 00

The measurement is agreed in writing

Baseline, target, engines, prompt set, market, language, measurement method and exclusions, all settled before any work starts. Success is never something we get to define afterwards.

    Yours to keep
  2. Day 14

    Your category is mapped

Where you stand today, which competitor is named instead of you, and the third-party pages producing that answer, ranked by influence.

    Proof phase
  3. Day 30

The plan is on the table

The named URLs we intend to work, your current position on each, and the case we will put to the editor of every one of them.

    Proof phase
  4. Day 49

A qualifying mention is live, or you are refunded

Your company included accurately on a relevant third-party site that neither you nor GetMOW owns, at a URL you can open. If it is not there, your €5,000 comes back in full. Either way you decide at this point whether to carry on.

    Money back
  5. Day 180

    The first agreed milestone

The success payment attached to it falls due only when the milestone written down on day 00 is verified. Not reached, that payment is waived, and you choose then whether to continue or to stop.

    Paid on result
  6. Day 365

    The second agreed milestone

A one-off bonus falls due only when a second, additional milestone is verified, and the target for it is agreed before the monthly work of the second half-year begins. Miss it and no bonus is invoiced at all.

    Paid on result

05 / Why believe us

No case-study theatre.
Judge your category and the offer.

GetMOW is new. We do not have a logo wall or invented success stories. So we moved proof into the buying process: your own data first, an open measurement protocol, a proof phase returned in full if it does not land, and success payments that fall due only once a result has been verified.

  1. 01

    Your evidence, before our pitch

Your private report shows the real answers in your category, the competitor being named instead, the pages influencing that result and our first proposed placement.

  2. 02

    A scoreboard you can recount

No question changes without your written agreement, and every change is dated and reasoned. Run counts are published. Every source is logged. A tracker you choose reads beside our system; if the numbers materially differ, the lower result governs.

  3. 03

Two payments have to be earned

The €5,000 proof phase comes back in full if no qualifying mention is live by day 49. Past that, the implementation and the monthly work are quoted for what they are, and the two success payments across the first year fall due only once the target agreed in writing before the work started has been verified.

  4. 04

    Your competitors are refused

The named competitors in your category go into the contract. Once the proof phase is signed, GetMOW will not take them on during the engagement.

In writing, from the founder

“We are very good at this, and I am not going to pretend otherwise. Hand us your category and everything we have goes into getting you named, as high as the answer will carry you, and into keeping you there.”

06 / Fit

Built for a narrow kind of company.
Wrong for most.

We underwrite the category before we sell the engagement.

This is likely for you if

  • B2B software, typically €5M–€50M ARR
  • €20,000+ average contract value
  • A defined sub-category with roughly 10–25 nameable vendors
  • You want the work done, not another tracker
  • One person can approve work weekly, in about an hour

Do not apply if

  • You already appear in more than 60% of agreed runs
  • You are consumer, local, a marketplace or below €5M ARR
  • You only want content for your own website
  • You want paid placements or guaranteed revenue
  • You need the headline metric to move within a quarter
  • No one can approve placements each week

If the evidence does not support the path, we decline it in writing.

07 / The hard questions

Read this before you request the report.

Is this just SEO with new vocabulary?

No. Keep your SEO team for crawling, indexing and your owned site. GetMOW focuses on the third-party pages that shape category consensus: comparison pages, review platforms, directories, buyer guides and trade publications. We provide a scope letter so the two jobs do not collide.

Can anyone genuinely influence what AI systems say?

Within defined limits. Nobody can write directly into an organic AI answer. What can be changed is the public evidence those systems use: how your company is described, where it is included and whether independent sources repeatedly associate it with the buyer’s question. That is the work GetMOW measures and performs.

How do you decide which prompts to track?

Your team decides which questions exist and the evidence decides which ones qualify. Week one is a call with the people who hear buyers first, your SDRs, support and account executives, and from that we write 150 to 200 questions in your buyers’ own phrasing, plus the branded ones. Every candidate is then run seven times on every engine, logged out, in your buyers’ language and country, and a question enters the tracked set only if a buyer actually asks it, you are not already in the top three, at least one rival is being recommended, and the category is not settled by a single giant. You see the full run before you sign, and both sides sign the list.

What counts as an earned citation?

An earned citation is a page you neither own nor paid for that an engine cites in an answer to one of your tracked questions, or that names you in a way the engine then repeats. Publishing the page is not the event: a citation counts on the day it appears in the tracked answers, not the day it goes live. Your own pages and any paid placements are tracked too, and neither is ever entered in the ledger as earned.

Why not buy tracking software and do this internally?

Buy a tracker if you only need to know you are absent. We include an independent seat anyway. The difficult half is getting named on domains you do not control, at cadence, and keeping those placements current when pages and competitors change.

What exactly does the guarantee cover?

Two dated commitments. If no qualifying mention is live on a relevant third-party site by day 49, the €5,000 proof fee is returned in full. After that, each of the two success payments falls due only once the target agreed in writing before the work began has been verified, so a target we miss is waived rather than invoiced. What the guarantee does not cover: the implementation from day 50 and the monthly work in the second half of the year are billed for the work performed, and it promises nothing about first place, revenue, click-level attribution, or questions outside the agreed set. Your approval and customer-introduction obligations condition the dates.

What does GetMOW cost?

GetMOW engagements start at €5,000, and that figure is the only price published. It buys the 49 day proof phase: the measurement agreed in writing, your category mapped, the plan on the table, and one qualifying mention live on a relevant third-party site, or the €5,000 returned in full. Everything past day 49 is quoted for your category before it starts, and the two success payments across the first year fall due only once the target attached to each has been verified.

Who controls the measurement?

Nobody decides it afterwards, which is the point. The baseline, the target, the engines, the prompt set, the market, the language, the measurement method and the exclusions are all fixed in writing before work starts. We log every run and source, and a third-party tracker in your company’s name reads beside us. At each milestone date either side can call a witnessed rerun; if the readings differ by more than ten points, the lower governs.

How do you know the change was you and not the engine?

Because a random part of your tracked set is deliberately left alone. We work one part of the agreed questions and leave the other untouched, measure both the same way at seven runs per engine per day, and claim only the gap between them. An engine update, a rival going quiet or attention spilling over from your brand as a whole moves both halves together, so it goes in the ledger claimed by nobody. A holdout costs us the easiest half of the story, and it is the only way to tell our work apart from what would have happened anyway.

Why not run a small pilot first?

The proof phase is the pilot. €5,000, 49 days, and it ends with one qualifying mention live at a URL you can open, or the fee returned in full. The quote for everything past day 49 is in front of you before you decide, and you decide at day 49, so continuing is a choice you make with evidence rather than a commitment you make in advance.

What happens if the engines change?

The contract allows one 60-day pause. If a material engine change causes the agreed source set to lose more than half its citation share in a quarter, either side can call that pause while the map is rerun and both sides agree the new source set. The milestone dates move by the length of the pause and nothing else moves with them.
